Certificate Templates in TLMS
Certificate templates are pre-designed formats intended for certificates awarded to users upon successful completion of a course or assessment. These templates provide a structured and visually appealing layout for certificates, incorporating essential details such as the user's name, the course or assessment title, completion date, and any relevant logos or signatures. By using certificate templates, organizations can streamline the certificate creation process, maintain consistency across certificates, and enhance the professional presentation of achievement credentials to users.
- To view the certificate templates in TLMS, select the "Templates" option from the menu.
- You can view the certificate templates by scrolling down the page.
- To make changes to the template, simply click on the edit button as shown below.
The option to edit the template provides users with accessibility to refine the creative aspects, enhancing the professionalism and overall quality of the certificates given upon completion of tasks assigned through TLMS. This capability aims to raise a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment among users. The editing certificate template encompasses practical tasks such as modifying the background color, border, logo, heading, middle content, and left and right content elements.
- Once you click on the edit button, you will be directed to a new page as shown below.
- Download Preview : The download preview feature enables users to obtain a preview of the certificate template they've customized. This function provides a glimpse of the final certificate design based on the selected customization options.
- Reset : This resets the certificate template to it's default state.
- Save Changes : The changes or customizations made to the certificate template are to be saved.
