Custom posters are ideal for promoting short, actionable security tips like "Lock your screen before you leave" or "Think before you click." By creating your own, you can ensure the imagery and tone align with your brand.
Navigate to Content Library > Creatives in the sidebar.
Click the + Create Creative button.
Select Poster from the list of creative types.
In the first configuration screen, provide the descriptive data required to organize the asset:
Title & Subject: Enter the name (e.g., "MFA Awareness Poster 2026"). Use the "Same as Title" checkbox for the Subject field to save time.
Tags & Categories: Select the appropriate Compliance (e.g., ISO 27001), Topic (e.g., Multi-Factor Authentication), and Style.
Language & Difficulty: Set the language and the intended user skill level.
Thumbnail: * Generic: Uses a system poster icon.
Custom: Upload a JPEG/JPG/PNG file. This is the small icon you will see when browsing your My Creatives list later.
Posters rely heavily on high-quality visuals. This step defines how the final image is presented:
Orientation: Choose Portrait for office walls/mobile devices or Landscape for computer wallpapers/TV displays.
Header & Footer: * Header Section: Toggle to "Enable" if you want a branded top bar.
Footer Text: Add a call to action, like "Contact the Help Desk at ext. 555 for any concerns."
Body Image: Upload the primary poster graphic here. Ensure your image has high contrast and large, readable text.
Testing: Click Test Mail to see how the poster scales in a standard email view before finalizing.
Click Save to add the poster to your My Creatives collection.
How to Use Your Custom Poster:
Digital Campaign: Go to Campaigns > Create Campaign > Creative and select your poster to send it via email to all employees.
Admin Tip: Posters work best when they focus on one single behavior. Don't crowd the design with too much text—keep it simple and visual!
