Different type of Templates (HTML, Image--CID,Base64)
HTML Templates
In HTML templates, you craft the HTML code by selecting the source button within the email template tab. Subsequently, upon clicking the source button again, you can preview how the template will appear when it is sent to the users. This toggle allows you to seamlessly switch between code view and a visual representation of the final email template.
Image Templates
If you wish to incorporate images into your email templates, you can follow these steps:
Image URL
Use the HTML <img> tag to include an image in your email template. The src attribute is used to provide the URL of the image file. Ensure that the image URL is accessible to your email recipients.
Using CID
If you prefer not to use the image URL, an alternative method involves utilizing the CID (Content-ID) calling method. This involves uploading an image to the dashboard and referencing it within the template. This method allows you to embed images directly in the email, reducing external dependencies. Just ensure that your email sending platform supports the CID method.
Base64
When you add images to an email template using base64 encoding, you are essentially embedding the image directly into the HTML code using the base64 data URI scheme. This method is commonly used to include small images or icons directly within the HTML document, eliminating the need for external image files.
