Email Templates in TLMS

1. The Email Templates in the Templates section of the TLMS portal offer ready-made email templates designed for different functions within the TLMS platform. Examples include templates for sending courses, notifying course completions, reminding about courses, sending assessments, and reminding about course quiz failures. These templates are displayed in a table format as shown below, showing details like name, type, and subject.
   

To view the email templates, select the "templates" option as shown in the above image.

You can customize the templates by clicking on the edit button next to them. Upon clicking the button, you will be taken to a new page.

1. The documentation offers users the choice between two template types:
   

TEXT: This template type enables users to customize the email template by inputting various parameters such as the subject, upper, middle, lower content sections, and also the company name providing flexibility and room for experimentation.

IMAGE: In contrast, the image template option allows users to exercise visual freedom by uploading images in acceptable formats to be used within the template.

1. Once done, you can save the changes.
