G Suite IP Whitelisting

*Note : It might take a while to reflect the following setup on your Gmail admin console.


Step 1: Enter https://admin.google.com/ in your address bar. This is your Admin console.


Step 2: Go to Apps and choose Google Workspace.


Step 3: On your system, go to Gmail and select Spam, Phishing, and Malware.


Step 4: On the left panel, highlight your Domain in the Organizations section. Don’t select an Organizational Unit (OU).


Step 5: You can now search for an Email whitelist.


Step 6: Enter the following IP ADDRESSES. These IP addresses will be provided by us:


  • 15.206.189.81 (ThreatCop Portal)

  • 13.127.7.201 (Awareness)

  • 168.245.74.19 (SMTP IP)


Step 7: Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.


Add ThreatCop IP for inbound Gateway:


Step 1: Enter https://admin.google.com/ in your address bar. This is your Admin console.


Step 2: Go to Apps and Choose Google Workspace.


Step 3: On your system, go to Gmail and Select  Inbound Gateway.


Step 4: On the left panel, highlight your Domain in the Organizations section. Don’t select an Organizational Unit (OU).


Step 4: Check the Enable box, and this is going to open the Inbound Gateway screen.


Step 5: Use the following settings to configure the Inbound Gateway:


  1. Add ThreatCop IP addresses in the Gateway IPs field


  1. Keep the Reject all mail not from gateway IPs  and Automatic detect external IP unchecked.


  1. Check the Require TLS for connections from the email gateways listed above option.


  1. Message Tagging: Check the Message is considered spam if the following header regexp matches. Feed the text for the Regexp which is not likely to be found in a PST email. This field is mandatory. Add this string: shgahsgahgssgashghasydhgahsgahsasjhsgagshahg


  1. Check the Disable Gmail spam evaluation on mail from this gateway; only use header value option.


  1. Click on the SAVE button
