Filtering for the Perfect Template:

Filtering email templates streamlines the selection process, especially for expansive libraries. It tailors to each organization's needs and makes finding the perfect template for your phishing simulation campaign effortless.

Here's how filtering helps:

  1. Template Source: Choose from various sources:

    • All Templates: Browse all available templates.

    • Custom Templates: Templates you've personally created.

    • System Templates: Templates created by Threatcop and maintained for all clients, offering proven effectiveness.

    • Community Templates: Templates shared by other Threatcop clients for anyone to access.

  1. Language: Select the desired language to narrow down regional options.

  1. Attack Vector: Specify the intended attack vector:

    • Phishing: Traditional email phishing with fake links, login pages, and data collection.

    • Ransomware: Similar to phishing, but clicking the link downloads an executable file the employee is tricked into opening.

    • SMSishing: Phishing attacks via SMS text messages.

    • Vishing: Phone call-based phishing using interactive voice response (IVR) systems.

    • WhatsApp Phishing: Phishing conducted through WhatsApp messages.

  1. Categories: Further refine your search by selecting relevant categories. From finance and healthcare to HR and e-commerce, around 20 categories are available, helping you zero in on the perfect template for your target audience.
