How do I update my DNS records with the DMARC record given to me in my dashboard?

A DMARC record is a record where the DMARC rulesets are defined. This informs your email service providers if a domain is set up to use DMARC. Moreover, the records must be placed in your DNS for them to function properly.

You can update your records manually or email the records available on your TDMARC dashboard to your DNS provider to update them for you. Once done, your sources will become DMARC compliant and your email will have to pass through the rulesets to reach the inbox.
