How is Top Repeat Offenders different from Most Vulnerable Employees?

Top Repeat Offenders :

These are users or employees who have been targeted by phishing attempts, meaning they have submitted their data in multiple campaigns. The compilation of these individuals forms the Repeat Offenders List.

You'll locate the Repeat Offenders within the Report Section accessible from the left side menu bar.

Most Vulnerable Employees :
These individuals are identified based on their high vulnerability scores. The higher the number, the more vulnerable the employee.
Calculation of Vulnerability Score : The vulnerability score is determined by assessing user participation in one or more campaigns. After each campaign execution, the average participation rate is calculated.

For instance :
User 1 :
Campaign 1 : 
Link clicked - 60%, Data Submitted - 100%, Score : 100%
Campaign 2 : 
If, Link clicked - 0%, Data Submitted - 0%, Score : 100 + 0 /2 = 50%
If, Link Clicked - 60%, Data Submitted - 0%, Score : 100 + 60 / 2 = 80%
Campaign 3 : 
If, Link clicked - 0%, Data Submitted - 0%, Score : 100 (campaign 1) + 0 (campaign 2) + 0 (campaign 3) /3 = 33.33%
If, Link Clicked - 60%, Data Submitted - 0%, Score :100 (campaign 1) + 60 (campaign 2) + 0 (campaign 3)  / 3 = 53.33%
If, Link Clicked - 60%, Data Submitted - 100%, Score :100 (campaign 1) + 60 (campaign 2) + 100 (campaign 3)  / 3 = 86.33%
