How to add a new domain?

You can add a new domain by following the steps given below:

  • Log into your dashboard and click on the “Domain” option from the left menu.



  • Select “+ Add Domain” from the top right corner to add a new domain



  • Enter the name of the domain you wish to manage. Also, make sure you don't use extensions like “HTTPS” or “www”.

  • Click “yes” if you want to enable the smart SPF feature and “no” if you want to opt-out of it. 


  • You will be given a few records to upload over your DNS to generate data of your outbound mail flow over your Dashboard. You can either authenticate your domain on your own or share it with your coworker to do it. Besides, you can also choose your authentication method from the top-right drop-down menu. 

    • Click on the Authentication method option from the top right corner. 

    • It will open a drop-down menu with two options - Through CNAME and Through TXT. Choose CNAME to opt for Smart DMARC and TXT if you don’t. 


  • KDMARC comes with pre-defined DMARC and SPF records, once you have added all the records click on “verify”

Now, wait for the changes to reflect on your DNS. Once the domain is verified, the data will start reflecting on your dashboard.
