How to Confirm Templates Readiness for Campaign Deployment.

To check whether the template is landing to the Inbox or not, page is opening and saving the data successfully or not, it is required to run Test Emails.

To achieve this test, follow the below steps :

Step 1 : Go to campaign templates. 



Step 2 : Click on three dots of a particular (which you desire to test) and then click on Preview among the given options.



Step 3 : Click on Test Campaign Template button on top right corner.



Step 4 : Input your First name, Last name and email id and then click on Send button.

Click on plus button if you want to send multiple test emails at once.



Step 5 : Now check your inbox if you have received it or not. If not, then check with your IT team regarding the whitelisting process.
Step 6 : You can also check the test results by clicking on Test Results in the Campaign section. 




Here you can see Email sent, Email Opened, Link Clicked and Data Submitted along with the submitted data.



NOTE :
  1. There is not limit on sending Test Emails. 
  2. It is mandatory to send test emails before running the actual campaign to ensure the successful campaign.
