Approach 1: Manual HTML Source Code Method
Step 1: Accessing the "Create Template" Tab
Log in to your TSAT account and navigate to the "Campaign Templates" option in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Initiating Template Creation
Click on "Create New" at the top right corner.
Step 3: Configuring Template Details
- Campaign Template Name: Provide a descriptive name for your template.
- Campaign Template Category: Choose from a list of categories for your campaign template.
- Languages: Select the language for your template (for labeling purposes).
- Types of Simulation: Choose from Simulation Attack, Simulation Attack+ Training.
- Attack Vector: Select the type of cyberattack (Phishing).
Click "Save & Go to Next" to proceed.
Step 4: Email Template Configuration
In the Email Template window, write HTML code for your email template, upload images using CID or base64 format. Add the email subject and click "Go to Next" to proceed without changes.

Step 5: Landing Page Configuration
Configure the landing page URL using HTML source. Upload images by referencing external servers in the HTML code, or proceed without changes by clicking "Go to Next."
Step 6: Attacker Profile Configuration
Adjust the sender ID in the Attacker Profile window if needed. Click "Go to Next" to save changes.
Step 7: Preview and Options
Review all changes in the preview page. Choose from three options:
- Click "Finish" to save the template for later.
- Run a test campaign by clicking "Test Campaign Template Email."
- Create a campaign directly from the "Create Campaign" option.
This approach offers granular control over template creation, allowing customization at every step.
