Introduction:
Creating phishing  simulations templates can be time-consuming, especially when it comes to crafting convincing email templates. That's where the AI Template feature in ThreatCop TSAT comes in.

This powerful tool uses AI technology to generate email templates based on your prompts. This means you can create professional-looking, custom phishing emails in a fraction of the time, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your security awareness program.

Prerequisites:

• A ThreatCop TSAT account

Step 1: Creating a New AI Template

1. Log in to your ThreatCop TSAT dashboard.

2. Go to Campaign Templates > AI Template.

3. Click Create New Template.

4. Fill in the following fields:

• Campaign Template Name: Enter a descriptive name for your template. For example, "Amazon Gift Card Phishing Template."

• Campaign Template: Select the category of your template (e.g., ecommerce, HR, finance, etc.). In this example, we will select ecommerce.

• Language: Select the language of your template. In this example, we will select English.

• Type of Selection: Select whether you want to create a Simulation Attack or a Simulation Attack plus Training template. In this example, we will create a Simulation Attack template.

• Attack Vector: Select the attack vector for your template. Currently, the AI Template feature only supports phishing simulations. So, in this example, we will select Phishing.

5. Click Save.
   
   

Step 2: Generating the Template

1. In the Prompt field, enter a prompt that describes the type of phishing email template you want to generate. For example, you could enter the following prompt:

The HR department of ThreatCop company is giving 10000 rupees as a new year gift to its employees.

2. Fill in the following fields:

• Theme URL: Enter the URL of the website that you want the email to appear to be from. In this example, we will enter the URL of the Amazon website.

• Logo: Upload the logo of the company that you want the email to appear to be from.

• Theme Color: Select the color of the email template.

• Logo Alignment: Select the alignment of the logo in the email template.

3. Click Generate Template.

Once you have clicked Generate Template, TSAT will use AI to generate an email template based on your prompt. The generated template will be displayed in the Template Preview pane.

    4.   Reviewing and Editing the Template

Once the template has been generated, you can review it and make any necessary edits. For example, you may want to change the subject line, add or remove content, or fix any grammatical errors.When you are satisfied with the template, click Save Template.
