How To Extract Campaign Details From TSAT ?

To extract campaign details, kindly adhere to the following steps:

Step 1 : Login to TSAT Dashboard and then Go to Campaigns as shown in the below image.

Step 2 : Next, click on the campaign for which you wish to extract or view data.

Step 3 : On this screen, you will be able to see all the details related to the campaign such as Email Sent, Email Opened, Link Clicked, Data Submitted, report, etc.

To download these details in a CSV file, click on Export CSV.

Step 4 : You also have the option to download the Event CSV, encompassing all events that occurred during the campaign. For instance, if a user clicked on the template three times, there will be three entries for that user in the Event CSV.

Step 5 : You can obtain an auto-generated report for a specific campaign by clicking on the "Generate Report" button located in the top right corner.

 

Step 6 : To download this particular report, click on Download Report button in  the top right corner.

Step 7 : You have the flexibility to apply filters for specific data both in the table and the CSV. Choose the relevant option from the drop down menu to view the desired results.

Furthermore, you have the capability to search for a specific user by entering their name or email ID, allowing you to download only the data associated with that specific user.
