How to run a campaign in TSAT?

To execute a smishing campaign, please follow the below steps -

Step 1 : Go to the required template which you would like to use for a Campaign. Click on three dots of that particular template and then click on "Create Campaign".

Step 2 : Upon clicking Create Campaign, a modal will open and in the modal click on "Okay".

NOTE : For a new campaign, click on OK in the modal box. If you want to run a Follow up campaign, select "Follow Up" and then click on Okay. To Know more, click on the Follow Up Campaign

Now you will redirect to a screen where you are required  to input the below details in order to execute a campaign.
  1. Campaign Name,
  2. Group of Users,
  3. Campaign Template Type (already selected),
  4. Campaign Template Category (already selected),
  5. Campaign Template (already selected),
  6. Campaign Mode : 1. Single : For running the campaign by using 1 template. 2. Random : To execute the campaign using multiple templates, a minimum of four templates from the same category are necessary. Once you click on Random Mode, select the frequency of your campaign (One Time, weekly, Monthly, etc).
NOTE : Random Mode is not available for WhatsApp Campaign.
  1. Preview : Click on Preview to check the Template, Landing page and Awareness Page.
  2. Send Test Message : To confirm the message delivery.


Step 3 : Click on "Send" to execute the campaign right away.
Click on "Schedule" to schedule the campaign for some time later. Upon clicking Schedule, you are required to select the Date & Time and then save the details.

This is how you can run a Campaign in TSAT.
