How To Send Reminder Emails For Campaigns

Here are a few steps you need to follow-


Step 1-  Log into TLMS. Click on Campaigns. Then click on Trainings. Here you will be able to see all the campaigns that has been run.

Step 2- Choose the campaign for which you wish to send Reminder Emails to employees.



Step 3- After selecting the campaign, you will redirect to a screen where you can view details of a particular campaign. Click on Add New Reminder button. A pop-up window will appear to set reminders.




Step 4- Click on Add New Reminder. A new pop up will appear to fill the reminder details.




You are required to fill the form in order to set a new reminder.
1. Title. For example - "First Reminder",
2. Course. Select a course from the dropdown.
3. Scheduled Date. Select a date and time.
4. Course Completion. Set a percentage.

Note - 0% means the reminder will be sent to the person who have not started the course yet. 99% means the reminder will be sent to those who have completed the course less then 99%

Step 5-Click on Save Reminder to save the data. Now, the reminder will be sent on the selected date and time.
