To create a set of questionnaires on the TLMS dashboard, follow the specified steps:
Step 2: Navigate to the Quizzes section in the sidebar menu of the TLMS dashboard.
Step 3: Choose the "My Question" tab from the two available options.
Step 4: Click on the Plus icon (also labeled "Add Group" when hovered over) to create a new group.
Step 5: Provide a name for the newly created group and click on "Save."
Step 6: Now, you can select to either add the questions one by one or you can add them in bulk using a CSV. First we will see how the questions are added one by one, for the same click on "add question".
Step 7: Fill in the question details, choose the correct option from the "Correct Option" dropdown, and save the question.
Step 8: Your question will be saved in the group created. For bulk question upload, click on "Upload CSV."
Step 9: Download the sample file and fill in questions and answers following the specified format.
Step 10: Save the CSV file on your system and click on the "Choose File" option.
