If you are using McAfee, a cloud-based spam filtering solution, you will have to whitelist ThreatCop IPs to allow the tool to send phishing and knowledge assessment emails to your employees. Follow these steps to modify your “police-level” and allow ThreatCop’s emails to bypass both spam and content filters:

Step 1: Control Console > Email Protection > Policies

Step 2: Highlight the inbound policy that you wish to change and click on Edit

Step 3: Allow > Add Address > Add ThreatCop’s following IPs

  • 35.154.207.235

  • 202.22.164.131 , 16.113.17.40

Step 4: Enable the checkbox for the Bypass Attachment Policy if you wish to add any attachments in the simulated phishing email

Step 5: Click on Save and Add
