I am unable to upload my CSV
There can be multiple reasons for the issues, below is a list of a couple of things that we feel might have gone wrong:
- Check for special characters in the email address or name
- Also, check if the domain name entered has been approved or not.

System templates cannot be changed because they default system templates. If you want to change System Template, you have to create a clone of the same and edit it in Custom Template.
