I am unable to verify my domain
Here are some possible reasons if you are having trouble verifying your domain:
When you upload a domain over TDMARC, adding extensions like ‘www’ in the beginning will cause trouble. For instance, if you own a domain ‘abc.com’, instead of entering ‘www.abc.com’ write ‘abc.com’ in the domain section while uploading.
There are chances that your SPF and DMARC records have not been uploaded over your DNS server. You can contact your DNS provider and share the SPF and DMARC records provided from TDMARC. Once reflected on the server, you must be able to verify your domain.
If none of these solutions seems to work, you can contact our support team at support@kratikal.com
Note: SPF and DMARC records are not case sensitive and can be uploaded in any form.
