Adding New Users

Step 5: The user has received access to the account.

Assigning Roles and Policies

Once you have added a user, you can assign various roles and policies to the user to set what functions and settings he/she is allowed to access.

For doing this, click on the Action icon in front of the user’s name.

To add a user’s role, you need to follow the following steps:

Step 1: For assigning the new user with a role, click on ‘Add Role’.

Step 2: There are three existing roles:

  • Super-Administrator Role: This role provides the user with unrestricted access to the dashboard.

  • Administrator Role: This role offers only read and write access.

  • Reader-Role: This role allows the user to read-only.

Depending on the role you want to assign the user, click on the suitable option.

Similarly, you can also add various policies. Take the following steps to add policies:

Step 1: Click on ‘Add Policy’.

Step 2: Select the policies you want to add.
