My classification is not working properly

The classification option allows a user to distinguish between threat, authorized and unclassified sources. Besides that, the option helps in establishing a better understanding of each domain. When you upload a domain and authorise the particular source, the data for the same will start reflecting in green colour on your dashboard.

Generally, the tool automatically picks up DKIM and SPF on its own from the DNS. However, if your icons haven’t turned green yet, you might have to update DKIM and SPF for the respective sources on your own.

Here is how you can do it:

  • Click on the “edit” icon on the rightmost column. The screen given below will pop up.

  • Enter the SPF Record, SPF domain, DKIM Record, and DKIM domain.

  • Once done, click on ‘Save’ to update the changes.

The red icon is likely to turn green after this. But, if the issue continues, you connect with the support team at support@kratikal.com
