Navigating Courses Section: Library and My Courses
This document is designed to guide you through the sub-sections Library and My Courses, providing insights into their functionalities and how to effectively manage courses within TLMS.
Accessing the Courses Section
From the TLMS dashboard, click on "Courses" in the left menu to enter the Courses section.
Library: Pre-uploaded Set of Courses
In the Library subsection, you'll find a curated collection of pre-uploaded courses covering various topics and subjects.
Here's how you can make the most of the Library:
Filtering Options: Utilize the filtering options to refine your search based on specific criteria:
- Sort By: Filter courses based on their Name, Active, Inactive etc.
- Category: Narrow down courses by selecting specific categories (e.g., cybersecurity, compliance).
- Topic: Find courses related to specific topics or subjects of interest.
- Language: Filter courses based on the language in which they are available.
My Courses: Courses Enrolled or Assigned to You
In the My Courses subsection, you can access courses that you have used in Campaigns.
Filtering Options: Utilize the filtering options to refine your search based on specific criteria:
- Sort By: Filter courses based on their Name, Active, Inactive etc.
- Category: Narrow down courses by selecting specific categories (e.g., cybersecurity, compliance).
- Topic: Find courses related to specific topics or subjects of interest.
- Language: Filter courses based on the language in which they are available.
Whether you're exploring pre-uploaded courses in the Library or accessing courses assigned to you in My Courses, these sections provide efficient ways to find and engage with courses tailored to your needs.
