Question Bank

This help document aims to guide you through the features and functionalities of the Question Bank under the topic of Quiz, empowering you to efficiently manage and utilize questions for quiz creation.

Accessing the Question Bank

1. Navigate to "Quizzes": From the left menu of the TLMS dashboard, click on "Quizzes" to access the quiz management section.
   

1. Select "Question Bank": Within the Quizzes section, locate and click on "Question Bank" to enter the repository of questions.
   

Enter the Question Bank

Library: Access pre-uploaded sets of question groups by selecting the "Library" subsection.

My Questions: Add questions manually or upload them in bulk using a CSV file in the "My Questions" subsection.

Bulk Upload: Select "Upload CSV" to upload questions in bulk using a CSV file. Refer the sample csv file to ensure that the file is uploaded in the correct format

Manual Entry: Click on "Add Question" to manually input individual questions into the Question Bank. Provide the question text, answer choices, and the correct answer.

The Question Bank in TLMS provides a robust solution for managing and utilizing questions effectively in quiz creation. Whether accessing pre-uploaded question groups from the Library or adding questions manually or in bulk in the My Questions section, administrators and instructors can streamline the process of quiz creation and enhance the learning experience for learners.
