Schedule Report Help

TDMARC is the ultimate email security tool that protects against domain forgery and prevents malicious sources from misusing your organization's domain name. It provides you with detailed domain check-up reports on a regular basis to give you unprecedented visibility into both legitimate and fraudulent emails sent using your organization’s domain names.

Types of Reports

TDMARC lets the users decide which domains are to be monitored, how often they wish to receive the domain check-up report, and what aspects do they want the report to focus on. The tool allows users to choose from six different kinds of reports.

  1. Compliance Report- This report gives all the information related to your domains’ email deliverability. It shows how many emails sent from your domains were delivered to the inbox, how many were rejected, and how many were redirected to spam. It allows you to check the email deliverability rate of all your domains separately as well as combined.

  1. Sender Report- This report shows the percentage of emails sent through different email service providers using your domain. You can check whether or not your authorized email servers are delivering your emails to the end-user properly. You can also analyze if any malicious sources are successfully impersonating your domain.

  1. Receiver Report- It informs you about the percentage of your outbound emails received by various email service providers. You can also identify which email servers are forwarding and how much volume are they receiving.

  1. Forwarder Report- This report shows the percentage of your outbound emails forwarded through different email service providers. This data is an estimate as there is no strictly defined protocol followed by forwarders.

  1. Geolocation Report- It shows the percentage of emails being sent from your domain from various locations around the world.

  1. Executive Report- It is a comprehensive report containing all the information related to forwarders, geolocation, deliverability, receivers, sender and major threats.
