When users visit https://tpir.threatcop.com/, they can find the "Users" section within the Integration tab in the sidebar. This section offers a detailed and comprehensive overview of all users who have been uploaded to the TPIR dashboard, either through CSV files or Active Directory (AD). It includes all relevant details of these users, making it easy to manage and review their information.
The "Users" section provides detailed information about each user, including their name, email address, the type of mailbox they are using, and their status. This section ensures that all relevant details about the users are easily accessible for management and review.
At the top section of the page, users have the functionality to search for specific users by their email addresses.
Furthermore, users have the option to filter users based on their status. This enables to distinguish between those with active licenses and those marked as inactive by the administrator.
To the right, there is a dropdown labeled "Select Domain." This dropdown allows users to choose a specific domain and then filter the users accordingly. By selecting a domain from the dropdown, users can streamline their search and focus on users associated with that particular domain, simplifying the user management process.
Further to the right, there is another dropdown menu where users can select the number of users they wish to see per page.
In the next section, which is the header bar, there is a checkbox that allows the admin to select all users simultaneously. By selecting this checkbox, the admin can activate or deactivate licenses for all users at once, as well as delete them in bulk.
While going through the data of the users you can come across a toggle switch which can activate and deactivate the license of a particular user with just a click.
Similarly, individual users can be deleted using the same method as activating or deactivating licenses. This can be done by selecting the bin icon located under the action header.
To download user data to your local machine, users can utilize the "Download Users" option located at the top right corner of the Users section.
