TDMARC Notification Integration with Microsoft Teams

TDMARC Notification Integration with Microsoft Teams

Steps to Configure TDMARC Notifications via Workflows

Step 1: Open the channel where you want TDMARC notifications to appear

In Microsoft Teams, click Channels in the Chat view (or go to Teams in the left rail), select the Team, then click the specific Channel where alerts should be posted.

The selected channel (e.g. "General" under the PSS team) opens on the right.

Step 2: Open the channel's more options menu

Hover over the channel name in the left-hand channel list and click the (...) that appears next to it. From the menu, select Workflows near the bottom of the list.

Channel options menu, with Workflows as the last item.

Step 3: The Workflows panel opens

This shows suggested templates and a search box to find a specific workflow.

Step 4: Search for the webhook template

Note: Microsoft has renamed this template. Searching the old name ("Post to a channel when a webhook request is received") returns no matches. Instead, search just: webhook

This surfaces the current template, now called "Send webhook alerts to a channel" — select it.

Searching "webhook" surfaces "Send webhook alerts to a channel" (the current equivalent template).

Step 5: Confirm the Team and Channel

The template pre-fills the Team and Channel based on where you launched it from. Confirm these are correct, then click Save .

Step 6: Copy the generated webhook URL

After clicking Save, Teams generates a unique webhook URL for this channel. Copy it — this is your new endpoint, replacing the old Connector URL.

Step 7: Paste the URL into TDMARC

Go to your TDMARC MS Integration configuration settings and paste this URL into the Microsoft Teams webhook field Save.
