A common question that arises during campaign creation is, "What key factors should we consider while creating the campaign?” Below are the points to keep in mind when creating and running a campaign:
Type of Simulation:

Simulation Attack
Credential Harvesting: When the user clicks on the link in the template, they will be redirected to a landing page for data submission.
Non-Credential Harvesting: When the user clicks on the link, they will be redirected to an Instant Awareness page.
Simulation Attack and Training:
When the user click on the link present in the template, they will redirect to the landing page for the data submission and a course will be assigned to them(Phished Employee) accordingly.

Email Template Topic Selection
When you are creating a campaign choosing or selecting the template is one of the most important parts of campaign Creation and TSAT offers various types of templates (Phishing,Ransomware, Smishing,Vishing, WhatsApp) and topics based on the department, position, and location you are going to run the campaign. To view all the Templates available over TSAT,log in to your TSAT console and navigate to Campaign Template > System Templates (Filter Option) > System Categories.

Domain Page Selection:
The Seconday important step in campaign creation is selecting the right Domain depending on the template
Internal Domain: Domains that resemble the organization's domain. For example, for threatcop.com, it can be threatc0p.com.
External Domain: Domains related to the external world. For example, for amazon.com, it can be arnmazon.com.
Depending on the domain selection, map the template with the relevant URL and Sender ID for more effective campaign.

Department Selection:
For effective campaign it is necessary to target the campaign on the selected group based on the template, for example, running an template related to transactions will be more effective on Account and Finance team rather than the IT team.
Testing of Campaign:
Before launching the campaign on all the targeted groups, it is essential to run a dry test on 5-6 users to see if the campaign is behaving as expected or if any adjustments are needed in the flow.
