View Analytics By Course in TLMS

Analytics in a course campaign refer to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to the performance and effectiveness of the campaign. This data may include metrics such as the number of learners enrolled, completion rates, quiz scores, engagement levels, and any other relevant information that helps evaluate the success of the campaign in achieving its objectives. Analyzing these analytics can provide insights into learner behavior, content effectiveness, areas for improvement, and overall campaign impact.


  1. To check the analytics on TLMS, choose the "Analytics" option in the menu.
  2. To access analytics by course, click on "Click to View." You will then be redirected to a tab where the data will be displayed as follows.
Filtering Options
  1. Sort By: Filter creatives based on name and time.
  2. Show: Choose the quantity of creatives to display in the table.



  1. "Total Courses" is the total number of courses that have been created over the dashboard.
  2. "Total Groups" represents the number of departments enrolled in the courses.
  3. "Total Learners" is the number of learners that have enrolled in the courses.
  4. "Avg. Completion Rate" represents the percentage of users who have completed a specific task or activity, such as watching a video, completing a course, or interacting with a creative. It is calculated by dividing the total number of completions by the total number of users who were eligible to complete the task, and then multiplying by 100 to get a percentage.
  5. You can check the analytics of a course in detail by clicking on the "view" option in that course. The data will be shown in the below format.
Filtering Options
  1. Sort By : Filter creatives based on name and time.
  2. Show : Choose the quantity of creatives to display in the table.
  3. Filter By : You can filter the details based on the percentage completion of the course.



  1. You can download the table data by clicking on the "Export CSV" option. It will show the progress and details of all the users for a course.
  2. To access the details of a quiz for users, simply click on "Quiz Results". It will redirect you to a new tab as shown below.

  1. By clicking on the "Download" option, you can obtain the details of all users who participated in the quiz.
