what if my mails are not reaching in inbox?
If mails are not reaching the inbox, we'll have to check the following things:
1) If the whitelisting has been done properly or not.
2) Check the email gateway, firewall to see where the mail has reached.
3) Also check if the mail has landed in the spam/junk folder or it has been quarantined.
