What is the Difference Between CSV And Event CSV ?

There are 2 methods to retrieve the campaign details regarding Email Open, Link Click and Data Submitted, etc. 

1. CSV : 

This is a CSV which includes all the details related to the campaign such as :
  1. First Name,
  2. Last Name,
  3. Email ID,
  4. Email Sent,
  5. Email Opened,
  6. Link Clicked,
  7. Data Submitted,
  8. Incident Time,
  9. Breach Time,
  10. Public IP

To download these details in a CSV file, click on Export CSV in Campaign Details section.

2. Event CSV : 

You also have the option to download the Event CSV, encompassing all events that occurred during the campaign.

The Event CSV encompasses a variety of campaign details, supplementing the fundamental information typically found in a standard CSV, including:
  1. First Name,
  2. Last Name,
  3. Email ID,
  4. Status,
  5. Position,
  6. Is Gateway
  7. Submitted Data,
  8. Location,
  9. Date, 
  10. Time,
  11. IP
The Event CSV displays time in GMT format, while the Graph in the Report section presents time in the current Time Zone (the time zone of the location where you are accessing the dashboard).

NOTE : For instance, if a user clicked on the template three times, there will be three entries for that user in the Event CSV.
