  • The phone number utilized for WATI registration should not be employed for any other WhatsApp applications, including WhatsApp Personal or WhatsApp Business. In the event that the number is being used for such purposes, please delete the associated account(s).

  • The WATI account is employed for sending messages or templates to users, and campaign analytics are presented via the Threatcop tool. It is the full responsibility of WATI to ensure that campaign data is not shared with any external entities.

  • The client's desired custom templates must undergo verification by Facebook Business, which typically takes approximately 1-2 days.

  • WhatsApp changed its pricing model from charging businesses for each template message sent to charging them per conversation, which covers all messages delivered within a 24-hour timeframe.
