Why do you see different locations in the Top 5 countries' click rates (click reports)?

Sometimes the Email Gateways/Servers are located outside of India For Example: Google servers are located in US. The link clicked by the User  are sometimes captured based on the location of servers, such as Google servers, which may show the US.

As you can see in the presented image above, the click rates of different nations are clearly displayed, as email servers or gateways may be located in those countries.
