How to Setup Managerial Reminders

To facilitate users who may not complete their assigned courses, a follow-up email can be scheduled through the Threatcop Learning Management System (TLMS) dashboard & can also keep the managers of the respective users in the CC while sending the reminder.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to send managerial reminders:

Step 1: Access the TLMS dashboard via the link https://admin.tlms.threatcop.com/.











Step 2 : Navigate to the Campaigns tab in the sidebar menu.













Step 3 : Locate the desired campaign and click on the three dots icon under the action column, then select the view option.














Step 4 : Access the Reminders option at the top right corner of the screen.





Step 5: Choose "Add New Reminder."





Step 6: Configure the reminder settings, including Name, Passing Percentage, and Time of Initiation, check mark the box to include managers and save the reminder.

Step 7: If needed, Edit the reminder by clicking on the edit tab in the action column before the scheduled initiation time.
