Configuration of DMI on G-suite

  1. Login to the Threatcop Admin portal.
  2. Add & verify your domain by navigating to Directory > Domains > Add new Domain.
  3. Add your domain name & select Google Workspace in Domain Type.

  1. Navigate to the TSAT portal & click on settings button.













  1. Navigate to the DMI option & switch on the enable DMI toggle button.



Note: Enable the 'Set to DMI only' option if you wish to ensure that all emails are sent exclusively via DMI. Otherwise, the system will attempt to send emails through DMI first, and if that fails, it will automatically fall back to SMTP.


  1. Click on actions against the domain name & select Edit Config (Manual Method)

          Note: The Direct Method does not work for the Google Workspace

  1. Select Domain Type Google workspace & you will get the client id & scope. Copy the client id & scope.
  2. Login to your Google Workspace Admin centre
  3. Navigate to Security > API Controls > Manage Domain Wide Delegation.
  4. To verify that the DMI has been successfully set up, return to the TSAT portal where you received the Client ID and Scope. Enter your email ID and click on 'Save & Test’

      11. Click on 'Add New' and enter the Client ID and Scope provided by the TSAT portal & click on Authorize.


      12. If the DMI is successfully configured, you will receive the confirmation email shown below. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed.
