How to import users from g-suite in ThreatCop ?

Step 1. The root user is required to create an IAM User for the individual responsible for managing Google Admin rights within the organization. This ensures that the designated person has the necessary privileges and access to effectively handle administrative tasks on TSAT.

Step 2. Once the IAM User access has been granted to the Google Admin, they should navigate to the "User & Groups" section. In this section, the admin will find the "Import with G-Suite" option located at the top right corner of the page. They are required to click on this option to proceed.

Step 3. After selecting "Import with G-Suite," the Google Admin is required to click on the "Sign Up using Google" option. This allows them to proceed with the registration process using their Google account credentials.

Step 4. Upon clicking "Sign Up with Google," the admin will be presented with a selection screen, as depicted in the provided image, where they need to choose the admin account. Subsequently, they can log in to the Google Admin account, enabling them to gain access to all the users within the organization.

Step 5. Upon selecting the admin account, the user import process will be initiated automatically in TSAT, and the imported users will be listed under the name "admin#directory#users." This allows for efficient management and access to the imported user data within TSAT.
