What is the difference between Users And Groups in TSAT ?

Within the TSAT dashboard, there are several methods available for adding users. This allows us to subsequently execute campaigns targeted towards these users. 

Below, you will find the available options for adding users within the TSAT dashboard.

Groups : 

  1. Groups are essential for organizing multiple users into a collective unit, enabling the execution of targeted campaigns. These groups can be structured based on diverse criteria such as positions, locations, hierarchy, etc.
  2. Alternatively, groups can be formed arbitrarily, providing users with the flexibility to execute campaigns using different templates on various group types.
  3. User groups can be imported seamlessly from AD, G-Suite, Azure, or by uploading a CSV file, facilitating the creation of distinct groups for running specific campaigns.

Users :
  1. The Users section displays all individuals registered on the TSAT dashboard. These users may be associated with various groups but are exclusively listed here.
  1. To add a single user, simply click the Add Single User button located in the top-right corner.
  1. Newly added user will show up associated with Non Group Users department as shown below.

  1. Additionally, options to edit or delete a single user are available right side of the user table.
