How to Add Users and Groups in ThreatCop?
You can easily add users and create new groups in the ThreatCop Dashboard by following these simple steps:
For Adding Users
Step 1: Go to the ThreatCop Dashboard. Click on Users and Groups and select Users. To add a new user, click on Add Single User.
Step 2 : After clicking on the Add New User, a modal will show up. Enter the first name, last name, email ID, phone number and the designation of the user you wish to add in the required fields. Once done, click on ‘Add User’.
For Creating Groups
Step 1 : Go to the ThreatCop Dashboard. Click on ‘Users and Groups’ and select ‘Groups’.
Step 2 : Click on ‘Create Group’. And download the sample file. Put the required data in the given columns and save the file with the same name.
Step 3 : Now upload this file and click on save.
For Adding Users Individually
Step 3: Click on Add User.
Step 4: Enter the user’s first name, last name, email ID, country code, phone number and position in the required fields. Once done, click on ‘Add User’.
For Bulk Importing Users
Step 3: Click on ‘Upload a CSV’.
Step 4: Click on ‘Download Sample CSV’ and create your own CSV file in the same format as the downloaded file.
Step 5: Click on ‘Upload File’ and choose a CSV file you have created for bulk importing users.
