View Analytics by Creative in TLMS
Analytics in a course campaign refer to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to the performance and effectiveness of the campaign. This data may include metrics such as the number of learners enrolled, completion rates, quiz scores, engagement levels, and any other relevant information that helps evaluate the success of the campaign in achieving its objectives. Analyzing these analytics can provide insights into learner behavior, content effectiveness, areas for improvement, and overall campaign impact.
- To check the analytics on TLMS portal, click on the "Analytics" option in the menu.
- To access analytics for creatives, click on "Click to view" under the "View analytics by creative" option. This action will redirect you to a page where you can view detailed analytics related to creatives.
- The page adopts a tiled format, showcasing crucial statistics encompassing total creatives initiated, engaged learners, average completion rate, total groups covered, and campaigns launched.
- The "average engagement rate" represents the percentage of users who have completed a specific task or activity, such as watching a video, completing a course, or interacting with a creative. It is calculated by dividing the total number of completions by the total number of users who were eligible to complete the task, and then multiplying by 100 to get a percentage.
- "Engagement rate" measures the level of interaction and involvement that users have with a particular content or platform. It typically represents the percentage of users who engage with the content relative to the total number of users who have been exposed to it.
- "Last run" refers to the last time the creative was used in a campaign for the users.
- "Learners" refers to the total number of individuals who received the creative.
- "Campaigns" indicates the total number of instances the creative was utilized within campaigns.
Filtering Options
- Sort By: Filter creatives based on name and time.
- Show: Choose the quantity of creatives to display in the table.
