AI Template

AI Template and its modifications

The Templates module is where you manage the visual and technical components of your simulations. TSAT provides a vast library of ready-to-use content that can be filtered by specific criteria or fully customized to match your organization's environment.

Step 1: Navigating to the Template Library

  1. On the left-hand sidebar menu, click on Templates.

  2. You will see two primary sections:

    • System Templates: Pre-designed templates provided by the platform.

    • My Templates: A personalized space where your cloned or custom-created templates are stored.

Step 2: Using Filters for Precision

To find the perfect template for your campaign, use the Filter bar at the top of the System Templates page. You can narrow down your search by:

  • Language: Select the local language of your target audience.

  • Attack Vector: Filter by the method of delivery (e.g., Email, Smishing).

  • Categories: Choose by industry or theme (e.g., Banking, Social Media, IT Alerts).

  • Credential Harvesting: Filter specifically for templates designed to trick users into entering passwords or sensitive data.

Step 3: Previewing the Simulation Flow

Before committing to a template, you can see exactly what the user will experience. Click on any template card to open the Preview window. Here, you can toggle between three views:

  1. Email Template: The initial message the user receives in their inbox.

  2. Landing Page: The fake website the user sees if they click the link.

  3. Awareness Page: The educational page shown after the user "fails" the simulation to explain what went wrong.

Step 4: Modification Methods (Clone vs. Create)

TSAT offers three flexible ways to build and manage your simulation content:

A. Creating via Threatcop AI (Fastest & Automated)

You can use Threatcop AI directly from the top navigation bar to generate tailored templates instantly through natural language prompts.

Click the Threatcop AI button in the top navigation bar.

Enter your request in the prompt box (e.g., "Create a system-based template with credential harvesting under Category: Human Resource, subject: Your Annual Performance Bonus Has Been Processed").

Threatcop AI will automatically generate the email text, landing page, awareness page, and configuration settings for you.

Preview the generated template and configuration fields on-screen.

Once you finalize or click Go To Next, the template is automatically saved directly to your My Templates section.

Launch Directly: You can also instruct Threatcop AI in the chat to launch a campaign immediately using the template by specifying your target group (or replying "use any group").

📌 Note: By default, 10M free tokens are provided for Threatcop AI usage per account. If you run out of tokens or require additional usage limits, commercials will apply—please contact your Customer Success (CS) manager or account manager to top up your quota.

B. Cloning and Editing (Quick Customization)

A. Cloning and Editing (The Fastest Way)

If you find a system template you like but want to change the logo or text:

  1. Click the Clone icon on the template.

  2. The template will now appear under the My Templates tab.

  3. Click on the template in "My Templates" and select Edit to open the editor and make your changes.

B. Creating from Scratch

  1. Go to the My Templates tab.

  2. Click the + Create Template button in the top right.

  3. This opens a blank canvas where you can build your own custom Email, Landing, and Awareness pages from the ground up.
