What Are False Positives? How To Prevent Them?
Whenever we send phishing emails in a few instances, certain security solutions are implemented in the client environment, such as Gateway and ATP. These security solutions randomly select emails and scan for malicious links or attachments.
As a result, the number of emails opened and links clicked may increase automatically, even if the user did not interact with them. This process is known as false positive or false data.
To prevent false positives, users should ensure that the sender ID and the landing URL are properly whitelisted at Gateway, ATP Solutions.
