User and Groups Section in TLMS
The "Users" tab within the "Users and Groups" section provides an interface for accessing all users uploaded onto the TLMS portal. User data is presented in a tabular format, organized according to specified headers such as email, name, department, phone, and action. This tab facilitates efficient management and viewing of user information within the TLMS system. The "Groups" tab within the "Users and Groups" section serves as an interface for accessing all groups uploaded or imported onto the TLMS portal. Within this tab, group data is presented in a tabular format, organized according to specified headers such as group name, Users, Last Updated, Type, and action. This tab streamlines the process of managing and viewing user information within the TLMS system, facilitating efficient administration.
- To access the "Users and Groups" section, simply navigate to admin.tlms.threatcop.com and select the "Users and Groups" option from the menu.
- To access the users section, simply click on the "Users" option in the menu.

- The user data will be displayed in the table format above. To access additional details about a user, you can click on the "View" option under the "Action" column. This will provide information about the groups and campaigns to which the user is added.
- You can also search for a user using the "search" filter.
- To access the group section, click on the "Groups" option in the menu.
- Import Groups : The "Import Groups" feature facilitates the importation of user groups from various channels, including G-Suite, Azure, Active Directory (AD), and TSAT.
- Action (View Group) : The three-dot icon located beneath the action column typically offers users two options when clicked: "view" and "delete".
Filters :
- Type : The type function facilitates the categorization of groups based on the following criteria: Manual, TSAT Synced, and Auto CSV. Subsequently, it enables the display of data according to these categories.
- Sort By : The "Sort by function" feature enables users to efficiently organize available data according to two key parameters: "Most Recent" and "Name." This functionality facilitates streamlined access to information by prioritizing either chronological order or alphabetical order based on user preference.
- Show : The "Show" option facilitates users in accessing available user data categorized into groups of 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows, presented in a tabular format.
- Search Groups : You can search for a specific group with this option.
